2024 Mazda3 Sedan Fuel Tank Capacity

The 2024 Mazda3 Sedan features a standard fuel capacity of up to 13.2 gallons on front-wheel drive models. Using the base engine with i-Activ AWD, 2.5 S Carbon Edition gets a 12.7-gallon fuel tank capacity. The new Mazda3 Sedan’s 2.5 Carbon Turbo and 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus models come with the Skyactiv®-G 2.5 Dynamic Pressure Turbo engine and standard i-Activ AWD®, which means a 12.7-gallon fuel tank as well.

2024 Mazda3 Sedan Driving Range

Using the 13.2-gallon fuel tank, the 2024 Mazda3 Sedan’s entry-level 2.5 S trim is rated for up to 356.4 city miles and 488.4 highway miles of total range. 2.5 S Select Sport gets slightly better city driving range at up to 369.6 miles and the same highway range as the base trim at up to 488.4 miles on a full tank of gas.

The 2024 Mazda3 Sedan’s 2.5 S Carbon Edition model delivers a total range of up to 330.2 city miles and 444.5 highway miles due to the 12.7-gallon tank that comes standard with i-Activ AWD®. Again, using the high-powered turbo engine with standard i-Activ AWD®, 2.5 Carbon Turbo and 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus are rated for up to 292.1 miles in the city and 406.4 miles on the highway.
