The 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata gets a revised gauge cluster now with simplified, high-contrast graphics for better visibility. All new Mazda MX-5 Miata models get a new, larger 8.8-inch infotainment display with touch functionality on the upgraded Mazda Connect system when using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. New for 2024, the Mazda MX-5 Miata is equipped with available Alexa Built-In, which lets drivers connect to maps, contacts, music and more with simple hands-free voice commands.

With the multifunction Commander control within reach, Mazda drivers will have control over the Mazda Connect™ infotainment system and a range of in-car settings. Plus, Club and Grand Touring come equipped with standard wireless Apple CarPlay integration, and the roadster gets a complimentary 3-year trial of Mazda Connected Services that lets drivers remotely start the engine and more through the MyMazda app.

2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata Safety Features

The 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata gets a number of i-ACTIVSENSE® safety features, including Smart Brake Support, Lane Departure Warning and Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross Traffic Alert, which can alert drivers of vehicles in their blind spot when they signal to change lanes or vehicles approaching from either side when in reverse. Safety is a priority for the two-seat roadster as it gets dual front airbags, side-impact airbags and side-impact door beams.

The 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata’s Grand Touring adds High Beam Control, Traffic Sign Recognition, rain-sensing variable-intermittent windshield wipers and an Adaptive Front-lighting System that can pivot the headlights in the direction the steering wheel is being turned in order to increase the range of the headlamps, improve visibility and make it easier to spot potential hazards up ahead.

The 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata gets a revised interior with several key updates, including extra padding on the center console for enhanced comfort. The new Mazda MX-5 Miata comes with a three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel featuring a tilt and telescoping function to allow drivers to adjust to their ideal seating position.

For 2024, the Mazda MX-5 Miata’s Club trim offers revised seats that now include black suede accents inset in the black cloth material, and adding the Brembo BBS Recaro Package gets heated Recaro sport seats with 3 heat settings. The top-grade Grand Touring features Black leather-trimmed seats along with automatic climate control and a frameless auto-dimming rearview mirror with HomeLink, and the model now offers available elegant Tan Nappa leather seats that add a rejuvenating touch to the cabin.

The 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata’s exterior gets several changes as well. The new Mazda MX-5 Miata features updated headlights that include a new LED DRL element, new LED taillights and new wheel designs, including redesigned 16-inch Metallic Black aluminum alloy wheels on Sport and redesigned 17-inch Metallic Black alloy wheels on Club.

Along with the Zircon Sand Metallic paint color that was added in 2023, the Mazda MX-5 Miata gets another new exterior color for 2024 called Aero Gray, which is a nice contrast against the available dark trim and wheels. The MX-5 Miata Club is sport-tuned with Bilstein dampers, a front shock tower brace and a new Asymmetric LSD, and this model adds sporty design elements like a gloss black front air dam and rear lip spoiler.
