It’s nearly the Fourth of July, the holiday where we celebrate America’s independence with fireworks, cookouts, and good times with friends and family. The staff at Headquarter Mazda wants to wish each of you a happy and safe July 4th. We are lucky to live in an area with a lot of celebrations to choose from. Here are just a few of our favorites.

Celebrate Independence Day Near Clermont, Florida

Red, White and Boom

The City of Clermont’s signature Fourth of July celebration features a number of family-friendly activities, games, and food booths, all starting at 6:00 at Waterfront Park. The Journey cover band Never Stop Believin’ performs at 7, with fireworks at 9:15.

Party In The Park

Nearby Winter Garden hosts one of the best fireworks displays in Orange County at Newton Park on Lake Apopka. The festivities start at 5 with games, crafts, vendors, and more. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy the fireworks over the lake at 9:15.

Celebrate America! – A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky

Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom is well-known for its nightly fireworks show, so it goes without saying they would go all-out for the 4th. The skies above Cinderella’s castle will be ignited with fantastic effects as a magnificent musical score accompanies a spectacular light show. The show starts at 9:00 p.m. and admission to the park is required.

Red, White & Brew

Celebrate America’s independence with one of its founding fathers, Samuel Adams. This block party on downtown Orlando’s Wall Street features live music, outdoor games, a karaoke contest, and $10 unlimited Sam Adams beer from 5 to 8:00 p.m.

Fourth of Jul-Eye

The Coca-Cola Orlando Eye is a 400 ft. tall giant Ferris wheel just outside of Orlando that gives riders spectacular views of the city. At sunset on July 4th, the Ferris wheel and the nearby fountain will turn red, white, and blue. Time your ride right, and see all the area’s fireworks shows from the top of the wheel.
